At Moissanite Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not delighted with your jewelry, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your item in its original luxury packaging, including all certificates and promotional materials, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone's authenticity and condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
